Estelle began with a home beside our own Hill Country property. After a complete renovation, that home became Scenic Vista. Grantham House and Milestone followed, each created with couples and connection in mind.

We love sharing this corner of Texas with our guests, from the views and wildlife to the little details that help you feel at home. Whether you’re visiting as a couple or bringing your family, we look forward to welcoming you.

When are check-in and checkout?

Check-in begins at 4 p.m. and checkout is by 11 a.m. Arrival is self check-in using the access instructions provided for your stay. Early arrival and late checkout depend on availability and housekeeping schedules.

Which stay is right for us?

Grantham House and Milestone are designed for couples. Scenic Vista accommodates up to 12 guests and is suited to families and groups. Parties are not permitted.

Do the cabins have access to the swimming pool?

The swimming pool is exclusively for Scenic Vista guests. Grantham House and Milestone each have their own private hot tub.

Can we bring our dog?

Pets are welcome subject to property-specific restrictions and fees. Review the pet policy for your selected property in the booking site before reserving.

How do we check dates and book?

Use the availability search to choose your dates and guest count. Results open in our existing Lodgify-powered booking site, Scenic San Antonio, where you can select a property, review its policies, and complete your reservation.
